 With more than 25 years of experience working in various organisations at a senior level, I am able to combine an understanding of the science of human behaviour with experience of the world of work to attain effective and sustainable performance for both individuals and organisations.

By using applied science I investigate how to make people and organisations more effective.  Psychology is an evidence based practice and therefore I achieve this through using social scientific research methods to study people, workplaces and organisations with an aim to better align their multiple and sometimes competing needs. My ultimate goal is to create healthy, productive and mutually beneficial relationships between people and organisations.
